Ashley Reynolds.

It is so exciting, so emotional, and so breathtaking each and every time the bride begins her most special walk towards her love to start their new beginning together. Ashley has worked in the event planning industry since 2002. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Elon University and she also earned an advanced degree in Education from Hood College. She then went on to manage an event facility on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, where she coordinated political fundraisers, video conferences to home constituents, formal dinners, receptions, large scale conferences and small private events. Events she managed there included numerous VIPS such as Delaware’s own former Vice President Joe Biden as well as Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi.
Upon moving to Delaware and becoming the owner of Make My Day Event Planning, Ashley has had the pleasure of managing countless weddings, corporate social gatherings, large-scale conferences, private social milestone events, as well as annual non-profit fundraising galas and fundraisers.
Outside of the office, Ashley is a mother to three beautiful daughters, Summer, Lily & Shayne, and her fur-baby, a labradoodle named Bodhi. She is also wife to her college sweetheart Doug of 16 years and counting. They love having a home near the ocean where they have frequent family beach days and they love traveling across the country to support their three girls in their love for competitive cheerleading.
